Upper materials
Each protection class of shoes was created for special purposes. For example, an S1P protection class should protect your toes from impact and your leg from penetration from below, and is not supposed to be water-repellent. But if you work under such conditions-for example, in a warehouse-you would expect the shoe to have high breathability. Thanks to special abrasive-resistant PU coating that naturally preserves the form of a shoe, our designers could use very delicate and highly breathable lining. Cordura® is the lining material, a special structure poly-amid-fiber thread. Special cut poly-amide fibers are spooled twice together by each other and then woven at the production of Cordura®. Lining
airSurf Fabric lining. The quality of lining is very important for safety shoes because it is in contact with the feet of the worker wearing it at least for 8 hours a day. It has to be not only wear resistant but also highly breathable. That is why airSurf Fabric has up to 5.6 times better tear resistance and up to 30 times higher breathability than required by EN:ISO standards, which is proved by testing protocols of the TÜV Rheinland laboratory

Toe cap
The main advantage of a new generation of composite material toe caps is light weight. Moreover, fiberCap is stainless and thermo neutral, so the end user’s feet feel comfortable both at low and high temperatures. Protects toes from impact by 200 Joules. Made in Italy.

BASF® Sole. They all come with a duo sole—PU sole on the inside and the outsole. While crafting a shoe, we engage polyurethane from BASF®, a renowned German chemical manufacturer. The inner layer of sole is normally very firm and robust but soft enough to ensure you will span your weight accordingly, throughout your work. By this, your feet in the shoes will not only feel much less exhausted during workload, but your joints will be healthier
